Karl Schmack

Hi, I’m Karl Schmack. I’ve spent nearly my entire life in Costa Rica, proudly rooted in both German and Guatemalan heritage. My professional journey began with a 12 year carreer with a multinational company, where I had the opportunity to travel extensively with my wife, Ximena, and our two sons. In 2005, we returned to Costa Rica, and I served as Executive Director of the Centro Cultural for 11 years. Following that chapter, I transitioned into independent work and eventually found my passion in real estate, which I’ve been pursuing alongside Ximena for the past several years. With a background in marketing and sales and a global perspective, I offer clients personalized and professional guidance—whether they are buying, selling, or renting. I take pride in helping others discover the joy of investing in and living the Costa Rican "Pura Vida" lifestyle.
