With more than 25 years of experience as an architect and entrepreneur, I have developed projects in architectural design, construction, real estate marketing, and property sales. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, MBA studies, professional training in real estate brokerage certified by the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers, as well as specialized courses in real estate development, property valuation, and customer service. My company, Arquihogar, has participated in 19 editions of ExpoConstrucción, as well as Expocasa organized by Grupo Nación, strengthening a recognized trajectory within Costa Rica’s construction and real estate industry. I am currently associated with Realty ONE Group, a leading real estate advisory company, where we provide professional and personalized service to our clients.
